Nice format but too expensive Feb 15, 2008 I was taken in by the fact that this came with CD's. My mistake was thinking they were in some way interactive: they are not. They are merely the old cassette tapes transferred to CD. There's an annoying jingle at the start of each lesson. They are not in MP3 format. I tried copying the files onto a memory stick because I don't like carrying DVD's or CD's but was unable to open them anywhere other than the CD itself. It seems they are protected in a way so that you can only listen from the CD itself--can't blame them (but I'm no computer expert, especially considering I thought a "CD", as opposed to a "DVD", might be interactive!).
It seemed a little pricey for what your getting. Its just paperback and its not like there's glossy paper inside, more like that recycled feel, and it's only about 1/2 inch thick. I knew how to read Korean already which was a definate advantage.
