 A great map to own Mar 29, 2008
A good durable finish that will hold up under use. A good size map that contains the features that you need. I'm glad we bought one.

i am disappointed this map is on two sides. for a country the approximate size of s. carolina, this was unnecesary in my mind. also, very little reference to elevations (which are obviously key in a mountain country)
Worth the $ if you're going to Panama Oct 24, 2007
After reading so many reivews of travel guides, they all said don't waste the $ on the waterproof map. They must have meant the National Geographic one cause this one is VERY helpful. Only thing better would have been a larger scale map of Panama City (there is an "insert" but it is not big enough). Otherwise, it is fine & glad we got it. Also, Amazon has a better price (and free freight) than you can buy it on the manufacturer's website!

A must have for planning or using on a Panama trip. Very durable an comprehensive. Difficult to find maps of Panama that can fit in you purse or pocket.

This is a very durable, easy to read map of the country. It lacks much specificity on Panama City, which is too bad as it is hard to find a good map of the city. Perhaps this will be a future enhancement.
